Injongo Renewable and Energy is the manufacturer, distributor, researcher, importer and e-mobility value chain provider. The e-mobility sector including Electric Vehicles, Charging Infrastructure, battery systems and solar systems. Our service offering will include battery swapping stations, sharing products, solar systems etc. ISKUTA is an electric scooter brand fully owned by Injongo Renewable and Energy. Our aim is to make ISKUTA a locally preferred mode of transport for all Africans.

The partnership with the technical partners like UYILO Incubation program, Nelson Mandela University eNTSA , Technology Innovation Agency the agency of the Department of Science and Technology will assist in achieving the goal’s set. A research and development between all stakeholders will be established to develop more prototypes and products. uYilo serves as the national electric mobility programme that has been active since 2013 in playing a leading role in enabling the electric mobility ecosystem. As a multi-stakeholder programme, uYilo’s activities include government lobbying (policies, regulations and standards), industry engagement (from multi-national OEMs to start-ups), pilot projects, capacity development, enterprise development and thought leadership across the ecosystem.

Mr Sipho Ndzuzo – Managing Director (Injongo Group)
50 plus years with an experience and qualifications acquired in the period of 27 years. With vast knowledge and experience came from being a football player, Sport coordinator, union-leader, community builder, administrator and management. His ambitions has always been to run sustainable businesses that will create sustainable jobs and participate in raising the GDP of South Africa and Africa. His dynamic, multi-skilled, professional with proven leadership skills. ‘’Sports is what made me and in all my life, sport have been part of me’’. “Sports have opened lot of opportunities and that is why I have a lot of network and contacts in both public and private sector” says Mr Ndzuzo.

The pressure to deliver and the expectation of bringing new products and establishing new markets were the key performance indicators for the roles and duties as the executive manager of different organizations that He served.
His characteristics of being quick to adapt to new environments, sincere in dealing with complex matters that involve employees and quickly resolve conflicts, goal driven, leadership, easily approachable and disciplined are his competitive advantage and his personality strengths.

- Secretary General at SA Football Players Union SAFPU and Team Liaison Officer at the 2010 FIFA LOC.
- Highly qualified with a postgrad qualification and currently registered for LLB at Unisa.
- Founder and CEO at ISIKHWEBU SOLUTSHA and Footballers Factory Non-Profit Organizations that focus on youth.
- Went through the one year Entrepreneurship program at the NMU Business School and Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber.
- Attended a training course for Solar Panels conducted by MSC through East London Industrial Development Zone.
